These are the terms and conditions of quotation and sale of all products and services supplied by AJH Designs. Except as otherwise expressly agreed upon in writing between a duly authorised officer of AJH Designs and the client, the terms and conditions shall apply notwithstanding any provisions to the contrary which may appear on any order form or other document issued by the client.
AJH Designed Artwork
Until paid for, artwork designed by AJH Designs remains the property of AJH Designs.
Turnaround
The current median turn around time for printing products, following confirmation of design,
is 13 business days.
Delivery
AJH Designs will not be held responsible for loss or damages incurred during delivery process.
AJH Designs will also not be held liable for any delays in delivery due to post or courier service.
One Free Proof
You will receive the first proof free of charge.
For further proofs a charge of $24 will occur.
